These Terms govern your use of certitrades.com, operated by CertiTrades (“CertiTrades”). By using the site you agree to these Terms.
The service
CertiTrades connects homeowners with contractors verified for license, insurance, and reviews. We route a homeowner’s request to a single verified contractor. We are not a party to any agreement between a homeowner and a contractor and do not perform the contracted work.
Verification disclaimer
We make reasonable efforts to verify contractor credentials, but verification is not a guarantee of work quality or outcome. Homeowners should exercise their own judgment before hiring.
Contractor terms
Contractors must maintain valid licensing and insurance and provide accurate information. Leads are exclusive and priced at $19.99 each; misuse of the platform may result in removal.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service, scrape data, or submit false information.
Limitation of liability
The service is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, CertiTrades is not liable for damages arising from your use of the platform or any contractor engagement.
